We share it only as needed to provide your stay — for example, with our on and off-site staff,  with our associates providing excursions, or with a booking platform (such as VRBO or Airbnb) if you reserve through one. We may also share information if required by law.
How long we keep it: We keep your information only as long as needed to manage your inquiry or stay and to meet our record-keeping needs.
